"Cold breakfasts and lunches will be for a minimum of ten people unless noted, and any hot meals as well as appetizers will be for a minimum of 20" All caterings come with high quality plastic disposable plates, forks, knives, and thick dinner napkins. Barbecues
We can bring a propane grill ($100 grill rental fee) to your event and cook on site for that great aroma and backyard feel. We can do many things, so just ask, but here are some examples.
Burgers & Dogs
1/3 lb sirloin beef burgers and 1/4 lb all beef hot dogs with all the fixings. Includes choice of salad, fruit salad (or just watermelon) cornbread, beverage & cookies, brownies or strawberry shortcake. *price plus grill fee and any necessary servers

Choose from Bone-In or boneless chicken, with beef or pork ribs in our homemade tangy barbecue sauce with choice of salad, cornbread muffins, side dish of choice, fruit salad, (or watermelon). Chicken-N-Tri-Tip
