"Cold breakfasts and lunches will be for a minimum of ten people unless noted, and any hot meals as well as appetizers will be for a minimum of 20" All caterings come with high quality plastic disposable plates, forks, knives, and thick dinner napkins. Carving Stations are a great way to impress your guests and give them a little control of their portions. Carving stations are versatile in that they can be combined with a few appetizers to “beef up” any party or combined with a few side dishes to make a complete meal. Price includes carving staff as necessary for 2 hours. The first price you see under each choice will be the “A la Carte” price—(recommended to add appetizers) The second price is the price with all the accompanying side dishes to make a full meal.
