Taco Station
Traditional ground beef, and or grilled chicken with soft and crunchy taco shells, shredded lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, sliced olives, shredded cheese, chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeno rings. Served with chips and salsa and Mexican cabbage salad.

Enchiladas San Marcos
Creamy Jack and Mexican cheeses with chopped green onions, with or without chicken in fresh rolled corn tortillas. Choose from homemade smoky red chipotle or salsa verde sauces. Served with Spanish Rice, and either refried, barbecue black, or ranch style pinto beans with mild green chilis. Also served with Mexican cabbage salad, and chips and salsa.
