"Cold breakfasts and lunches will be for a minimum of ten people unless noted, and any hot meals as well as appetizers will be for a minimum of 20" All caterings come with high quality plastic disposable plates, forks, knives, and thick dinner napkins. Classic Medley of zucchini, squash and carrots
lightly buttered and herbed.
Fresh cut Green Beans
plain, Almondine, or with shallots and bacon.
Steamed Broccoli
and/or cauliflower with Hollandaise sauce on the side
Baby Carrots
steamed with light herbs and butter OR glazed with brown sugar, lemon and dill.
Roasted Root Vegetable
beets, carrots, parsnips, turnips, yams, potatoes, roasted with a hint of maple and sage
Sautéed Bitter Greens
Swiss chard, Mustard and Collard Greens sautéed with shallots and garlic.
Corn on the cob
(seasonal): Steamed and served with butter. (or grilled onsite if your catering already has a grill…)
Butternut Squash
roasted and glazed OR mashed with cream and a hint of pure maple syrup.
Stuffed Acorn Squash
with peas, onions and dried cranberries.
Asparagus bundles wrapped in Prosciutto
