Our premiere specialty salad is an original creation of mixed field greens with sliced Asian pears, caramelized pecans, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese tossed in a homemade dressing of aged Balsamic Vinegar and Pure maple syrup. Slightly sweet seeded French bread with a generous portion of ham, turkey, roast beef, or vegetarian fillings, with mayo and mustards on the side. Onions on request.
