Wine Country Salad
Our premiere specialty salad is an original creation of mixed field greens with sliced Asian pears, caramelized pecans, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese tossed in a homemade dressing of aged Balsamic Vinegar and Pure maple syrup. Although it is just now “officially” getting on the menu, this salad has become one of our most popular over the past few years, and is versatile enough to be paired with practically any wine or beverage and is perfect for anything from a casual lunch to a formal wedding reception! Your guests will love it, and our maple vinaigrette gets the most calls begging us to share its recipe.
