American Buffet
Sliced turkey, ham, and roast beef, with sliced provolone, cheddar, swiss or smoked gouda (choose 3 cheeses) a variety of sliced breads and rolls, with condiment tray of fresh leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, mayonnaise, deli mustard, yellow mustard, pickles, and peperoncinis.

Hot Italian Buffet
Soft fresh sub rolls, and hot pans of homemade Italian style meatballs in marinara sauce, as well as another hot pan of grilled Italian sausage in marinara sauce, with sliced provolone cheese on the side to melt on top, and grilled onions and peppers on the side. Pre-Made Sandwiches
We can make our sandwiches just about any way you’d like them, here are some popular examples. The minimum for any premade sandwich is 6 of any one kind, except Tuscany Focaccia which is 10 and vegetarian which has no minimum.
American Assortment on rings
Our “ring bread” continues to be our most popular, and is a Café Catering original. Slightly sweet seeded French bread with a generous portion of ham, turkey, roast beef, or vegetarian fillings, with mayo and mustards on the side. Onions on request. When you aren’t sure of how much of what to order, a time tested formula that works most of the time is the following: half turkey, 20% ham, 20% roast beef, and 10% vegetarian. This is the breakdown we will bring if you don’t specify otherwise… This same American Assortment can be made on sliced bread, round rolls, ciabatta rolls, Focaccia bread or croissants…Did we miss anything? All our sandwiches come with mayonnaise and mustard on the side, Kosher dill pickles and spicy peperoncini.

Tuscany Focaccia
Sliced ripe tomatoes, sliced mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil pesto sauce with cracked pepper on rosemary focaccia triangles. Delicious and popular, so be careful to remember when ordering for vegetarians, everyone goes for these!!! Comes with sides of olives and pickles.

Grilled Veggie Focaccia
Herbed Focaccia, spread with either hummus, fresh basil pesto, or sun dried tomato cream cheese, and topped with grilled onions, red peppers, eggplant and zucchini, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, and topped with fresh cracked pepper and shaved parmesan cheese. Can also be made on other breads, including crusty baguette. Not recommended on croissants or sliced bread. Comes with pickle and olives.

Grilled Veggie Wraps

Our classic Caesar Dressing, roasted red peppers, provolone cheese, and oven roasted rotisserie chicken in a large tortilla wrap, cut at an angle, and wrapped, two halves per guest. Comes with pickles and pepperoncini

Grilled chicken, onions and peppers, with Fajita seasoning, mild chipotle-guacamole mayonnaise and pepper jack cheese shreds with a garnish of cilantro, in a fresh flour tortilla.

Premade Gourmet Sandwiches
(can also be made on softer ciabatta rolls, or even softer brioche rolls)
Choose From the following: (minimum 6 any kind)
+ Shaved smoked ham with goat cheese and cream cheese spread, (or brie) mixed field greens, and sliced apples, with a drizzle of herbed oil and vinegar.
+ Thinly sliced smoked turkey breast with smoked gouda cheese, cranberry relish, mixed field greens, and homemade apple-pecan-sausage stuffing.
Club: thinly sliced chicken breast, your choice of cheese, fresh sliced avocado, crisp bacon, lettuce and tomato. Can be on croissant or sliced bread.
+ Oven roasted top round beef with cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, mixed field greens, and sun-dried tomato cream cheese spread.
